Common questions

What counts as an active member?
Anyone who has completed their first sign-in after your invite (or after you approve a signup request). Imported roster rows and invited members who have not signed in yet do not count.
What happens when we grow?
Stay on your current plan and add members beyond your included count. Each additional active member is billed monthly (Starter $0.50, Growth $0.35, Pro $0.30). Admin → Billing shows an estimated total. Upgrade anytime if a higher tier saves money.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Self-serve setup at /start — most communities are live in under an hour for their first sport.
Annual billing?
Self-serve signup is monthly only. Cancel anytime from Admin → Billing. For annual billing, contact StoufferAI and we'll set up a plan for your community.
